Have a case interview with PA consulting tomorrow, any examples and advice would be really helpful

Is it common to negotiate software engineer salary at smaller companies? I know it’s common at FAANG, but what about for companies with around 200 engineers? I have a counter offer from my current company and on-site interviews scheduled for end of July with google and Amazon, but I’d prefer to go with the smaller local company if I can negotiate the salary (from offer letter) up another 5% or so.

Appeared for an interview in TCS on 7th april and after that no mail communication, only phone calls to upload documents. Uploaded documents and it is showing in verified stage. Status in portal still showing "Resume Shortlisted", what is that mean??

Is it a bad sign if the company that typically moves fast (as said by former interviewees) is taking a long time to tell you whether or not you move forward to the next round in an interview?

My total experience is approx. 8 years.
My domain is ServiceNow development for which my relevant experience is 6.8 years.

Based on my experience, if some one can let me know:
1. Which designation should I be hired?
2. Annual package (excluding pf, gf, medical insurance, yearly bonus, etc)?
3. Usual shift time and working hours?
4. How many leaves they provide per year?

Last week I had an interview with Infosys, it didn't go well as per my expectations but i was able to answer most of the questions asked by the panel and they said I will get the feedback from HR team but it's been more than one week and I didn't get any update on this.
