Any advice on where to go after PR (financial & healthcare)? I have one year of experience and have been pretty disappointed with my current agency. I have a been actively interviewing & was thinking to go into the sales route. I graduated in 2021 and really have no idea where I want to end up. CTR, contracts and department overhaul

our marketing dept is undergoing a complete overhaul. under old leadership, a $75k 12-mo contract was signed to a marketing group that handles our SEO, blog and everything Google Ads. All things I can and am in training to do. Current CTRs on G ads seem pitiful at no more than 0.75%. My meta ads coast around 4-6%. During this overhaul, would it be wise to not renew our contract, and negotiate for me to take over these roles and leverage a raise?

Maybe it's just me, but I feel like my building, and all of its stakeholders, are not on the same page, and it has created a chaotic school culture. What can I do to help unite an entire school?

How do I leave my role as someone on the talent team. I am on a small recruitment team of only a few people, who connect daily. I am also responsible for sending out updates tracking new hires and upcoming leavers (aka I would be on this list if i decide to leave). If I am looking to leave my company, considering all of these things, how do I do it in the least awkward, most professional way possible? I want to put in at least a two week notice, but will continuing my work after that be weird?
