Train the Street and Wall Street Prep have some good general excel resources, and there is a huge course on Udemy that I believe is called the Financial Modeling course (something like that) that is generally on sale. Unfortunately a lot of these good resources you may have to pay for.
Udemy is a great choice. But as A1 said, most of the courses there are not for free. If you have extra money to pay for the course, then that would be great.
LinkedIn learning has some good introductory excel courses. Through my university we get it for free, maybe you do too? Additionally the Coursera courses are great although accessed through a paid subscription. I took one on data analysis in excel through Rice University, definitely recommend.
Update: Got the offer!
