I have an offer of CTC-22 (20fixed+ 2bonus)
My CCTC is 15.5(13.5fixed)

My NP is about to end.
I gave 10-15 company interviews and converted 4 offers. But could get max offer of 22. Though it's a great amount, I see many here who get 25-30lpa offer with same profile.

Plz tell if 22 is fair amount or below avg for 4+ yr exp in analytics domain.
Also plz share your work ex and company name if you got more with similar profile.

Actually, I gave Interview for BackEnd Developer @ Itilite. I was selected in the interview process (2 Tech DSA Based + HR) and got a mail stating that our interview panel is really impressed with your domain related expertise in order to proceed with offer negotiation please submit your documents. Now after 2-3 days of document submission, they came up by saying they cant move forward with my candidature.

I am still amazed how can they do this after asking my documents.

A week or so ago, someone shared a stacked bar chart of each MBB/Big 4 firm that highlighted the percentage of consultants that say they work 40, 50, 60 hours etc a week at each firm. I currently work as an APM at a FAANG company but recently received an offer to join an MBB. I’m very excited about the role but didn’t realize I’d need to take a pay cut when I applied (~100k base + ~20k bonus + ~60k equity vs. 90k base + 10-20k bonus). Considering that I currently work 40-60 hours/week, I’ll be making significantly less per hour at the MBB.
