You should certainly ask about it. To begin with, check the employee handbook, some organizations will have some language in there pertaining to tuition reimbursement and continuing ed in general. For more detailed info speak to your manager or to someone in HR.

Yes. We have an expense budget for certifications as well as tuition reimbursement. Last week, my supervisor was sending out emails to people to use their money before the year ends. I used tuition reimbursement to get my MBA.

I've never looked into it. But I'm not a big course or certification person, either. If there's something I want to learn, I tend to just dive right in and try to figure it out myself. With very mixed results 🙃.
