Why can't a placement agent combine or integrate the offering of interests in the sponsor's fund with the contemporaneous offering of interests in another fund? How long did it take your CPA exam application to be approved? It has been over a month for me, but on my application status it is marked they received all my information. I have offer from Accenture with 15.5 LPA with 21percent VPA including 3.25 L variable pay. The pay is for Level 10 and domain is SAP, YOE is 4.6. So what is the pay range for Level 10 and I do have counter offer so can I negotiate further with Accenture.

I want to further develop my BI and DE skills. Currently exploring paths of AWS certs with some others mixed in, does this seem like a good strategy:
AWS CCP>Tableau DS> ICAgile (ICP)> AWS SAA>AWS DA > PMI CAPM > and then maybe tableau data analyst or Powerbi.

Feeling very anxious these days. I still have my current job, a potential promotion this year, and a safe-choice job offer but not something that I wanted.
Really want to jump ship but feel pretty burned out from the job application process after 40+ app and a few final round interviews.
