Am considering moving from larger tech consulting firm to a smaller (growing fast) one that’s industry specialized. Having a really hard time with the decision. Small pay bump, lateral title. What should I be considering?

Revived two Consulting offers from Deloitte and Accenture. Both top of my list for my practice (SF) but I feel like I undersold myself on the salary range. What are good salaries for both companies?

👉Just ask for it. Really, you would be surprised. Might be easier to switch to a new company and ask. I did that 3 years into my career.

And 🛑 wasting your time at a company that under-values you severely. Sometimes switching companies every 2 years or so will allow you to keep raising the bar for yourself.
