I'm a javascript/react developer since inception of my career & haven't worked much on CICD/JENKINS and similar technology.
Should I be worried that as a lead I don't know these and will it affect by job security?
Ps- I'm good at UI,js, react etc.

I’m in the exact same situation
I’m my case, smaller company has a much better WLB and the industry is one that I’ve wanted to develop a skill set in long term. Also considering business school in 1-2 years, so not planning to stay long and the lateral move/not so great pay bump doesn’t make me feel too bad. Those factors are making me lean towards leaving!
Why?
Smaller company has a great culture and current company has 0 culture.
But more narrow of a scope
