How to renegotiate with pwc for more fixed

Anybody work in the global corporate tax team at Gartner? Was recently approached about joining their team. Currently in M&A tax and curious if anyone has any opinions on that LOB at Gartner or reasons for / against making the move. Any compensation data would also be helpful for MCOL.

Does ADP renegotiate on salary if I have better paying offers in hand? Anyone with experience please do help me out here.

Match process costs around USD10k; this year he is applying again after borrowing funds frm different sources bt he is under tremendous pressure to get match. I have cleared all my devops technical interviews and got HR round calls from 3 companies.
I have total 6.5 YOE and 3 years in DevOps domain and current salary is 6.1 LPA so can anyone suggest me how much salary should i ask in the HR round so I won't look to costly and not too cheap.
