Has anyone felt that they are incapable of cracking coding interview no matter how much they practice , I for eg feel I CANNOT think fast in a timed test to solve a coding problem no matter how much I practice ,it's not just my cup of tea and that leaves me with a lot of frustration .Anyone else as well ,what to do😢

Interviewed today and haven’t talked about salary expectations (ops). Interviewer mentioned that a lot of people have joined them from top companies (FANNG and MBB) for less money because of they believe in the mission. Coming from ZS I’m hoping it’ll still be a bit of a jump 😕

I interviewed at Google and cleared all onsite interviews back in July. Then came the hiring freeze and my role was de-prioritized. Now I'm being called for another position which I applied through the same recruiter before for the same group but different role. My question is will Google reuse the positive feedback and will it help/add value to this new position?

I have an offer accepted from Elevance 125k (Anthem) and w a good team and seems that WLB would be ok. Also, Amazon hiring manager wants to interview me for a job. Is just a hiring manager int. so obvi nothing guaranteed. Salary if offered will be more than 150k. My question is should I accept the interview and see where it goes? Is it really worth it to proceed with a company like Amazon for 25k+. I live in CA so $ is imp but I do have a toddler so WLB is also imp. Both role are Sr. MGR.

Stub year in a free market firm frustrated about hours. Everyone was complaining about being slow last month, but it seems most passed 100 hours and I only got 60. What can I do outside the office to boost my resume and be a substantially more attractive candidate for top consulting firms in ~12 months time. Working in disputes and valuation role but want to go into management consulting next year (post MBA role). I feel like my job isn’t enough because skills aren’t considered as transferable outside this field.
