I joined in Accenture as level 8. Prior to joining, I was apporached by a project, and they seemed to not convince with my lack of knowledge about the role hence they dropped me even after contacting couple of times. Now I have got call from another one and they also seem to be not fully sure because my last role was very different. My question is how difficult is it to get a project in Accenture? Will this interviews continue? Also, what are the chances of me getting a suitable role?
I had interviewed for an internship position at EY for technology consultant program for summer 2022 and got a call where they extended an offer. I wanted to know if I can defer the internship offer to fall 2022 or a later start date after summer.
I apologize as I cannot reply to a comment or DM on this platform to anyone, but thanks for your answers in advance.

Yes. Not a while back our staff was reduced, and it took a while before we were able to hire for that role. I began to assist on matters that role would typically lead, and in which I was not fully involved before. After a few months and keeping matters a float, I received a promotion. I sat down with my manager to ensure we were both aware of the new expectations for me. I should say I came into the meeting with a list of the things I used to do, and the rest that I started doing or what was added along the way, to make sure we were both aware (if it wasn’t explicit) That also gives them an opportunity to tell you, “yes you are still responsible for that” or “no, we now would like for you to direct your attention to X” or a combination of both… good luck, and congratulations!
Thank you - I have to admit it’s frustrating. I’m a doer but what if they are looking for me to “do” something else then suddenly it’s “you didn’t do”. I want to ask for clarification without ruffling feathers.
Congrats on your promotions!
My answer is: Yes. Been trying to get clarification for over a year. I now just tend to my client related tasks and admin tasks (small office) and let the ambiguous things just ride with whatever mood the boss is in. It's been a roller coaster. I sincerely hope you are able to pin your description down.
Yes. No matter how many times I ask.
