Most of the time, success in QA means nothing happens, no crashes, no complaints, no noise. If everything works smoothly, does anyone remember the person who made sure it did?

I received an offer for 80k to work as a desktop engineer for TCS at one of their client’s locations. However, I have seen poor reviews for working at TCS and I’d like to get some feedback from anyone currently or had previously worked for that company. What is the environment like and has anyone been in a situation where the contract with TCS and the client ended and had trouble with TCS finding them a new role at the same pay?
