If I tell my lender that I'm a non-Permanent Resident Alien, would there be any issues vis a vis rates? or actual approval?

So my driving license expired last year in July and I could not get it renewed as I was waiting on h1b visa renewal . Now I have it . Now my license appointment is next Tuesday but I have to fly domestic in US this weekend ( family urgency )
