Making himself at home in my home office!

Hello RSM coworkers! I am thrilled to be moving to RSM into a Scheduler roll. I just found out yesterday and want to be as prepared as possible in the next steps.
So here are my questions.
How long does the background study take? I'm guessing admin staff have a study that is faster and less complicated than someone in Tax ect.
When training at home what did you need that wasn't supplied by RSM? My home office is well stocked but I want to be as prepared as possible.
Thanks in advance!

I had cleared all rounds in Accenture and documents upload is also done but the recruiter never called after that, currently the status shown is as below:
"Owing to business reasons we foresee some delay in processing your candidature. Once we have a suitable demand, commensurating your background, experience and expertise, we shall reach out to you.
We highly appreciate your patience and continued interest in Accenture job opportunities."

We used golden gate(oracle data replication tool) to move data from one database to another , it always had issues and the data was not replicating properly into target database in the lower lanes DEV,QA. This was maintained by an external team. We were developing reports on top of this Target data base. We developed some complex financial reports for fund managers in mutual funds. This meant we were both time critical and data intensive project. The crashing GG was a real pain no one cared, management was lil sloppy. But they always wanted quality code. There was once a delay with moving to UAT or some bug and the manager from onsite sent a mail questioning the SIT tester and dev(me) . I got really pissed we didn't have proper data most of the time, so I sent a pretty mail saying they should first stabilize the environment. My lead was not happy with the mail. Bur after that we never had GG issues and my manager actually likes me.!
Thanks for sharing. Speaking up might feel uncomfortable but it can bring long term comfort at times. Also, there is this little joy that comes after doing something like that which kind of is fulfilling
