Have you had this experience where you apply to a position at Netflix, then after a month you hear back from a recruiter who asks you to set up a call via Calendly, which you set up for the next day, only to have it cancelled last minute by that recruiter with the message: "We need to reschedule for after I get a little more clarity from the hiring manager on next steps. Thanks for your patience!" To me it sounds like a BAD mistake on their end. Agree? Thoughts? Is this common?
