While exploring different opportunities, I started seeing senior staff offered full remote roles, mid level employees placed in hybrid setups, and junior roles expected onsite. From my experience, it sometimes feels like flexibility is treated more as a reward for experience than something based on the work itself. But there's one thing that's been bothering me: it's hard to get feedback on my work when I'm not in the office. It would be great if there was some kind of system that let me know how my performance was being evaluated while I'm working on projects from home.

I received an offer for 80k to work as a desktop engineer for TCS at one of their client’s locations.
