I was literally about to post this same post! I'm really struggling. Can't seem to focus and find any motivation. It's been so difficult to even try to show up for meetings or do any work.
Take time off

Take a 4 day weekend. Actually plan stuff to do tho so you don’t feel like you wasted it, or else you’ll come back feeling even worse.
Figure out a routine that might motivate you too. Is it simply taking your coffee to go and getting a walk in the morning rather than waking up shortly before the alarm? Can you block a quick 30min for a run or stretching at lunch? During the work day when in person there are natural breaks in the day - a commute, a quick coffee chat. You may just also need time off, but try to think what can make your day-to-day more sustainable
Do something that you enjoy every day and on the weekend if you can, spent more time doing something that you enjoy.
Same boat as you. Ended up getting Covid which forced me to take time off and recharge
Move to a new location - I moved across Canada! Feels like a new job.
Take a true personal day in the middle of the week and actually unplug. Call it a sick day if you need, but take a mental health day and use it to do whatever is going to make you feel better. Sometimes I’ll do this and get a bunch of shit done around the house I needed to do. Other times I’ll be a huge piece of shit and watch Netflix/play video games.
