Haven't traveled on delta much - Q on upgrades. I don't have status but on my trips page it still allows me to request upgrades. Is that shown for everyone but only ppl w status actually get upgraded?

How can you track the fast track United mileage program?

I signed up for fast track in October and it said I have 120 days to use the fast track. On my mileage profile it says that I need to hit X miles etc to get gold status by the end of this year.

Are these two things separate and where can I see the fast track progress?
