Heard PwC raised salary 10% for the incoming Summer/Fall 22 campus, but did 0 increase for Winter 22 campus. How does it make sense? Will it equal out in the end if raise is based on the % of your salary? 🧐

And KeyBank position is a private client advisor pay is $67k but bonus can range from $10k -$25k depending on performance and other compensation factors. Some Business Intelligence/Analyst roles are very data heavy. I wonder why these roles do not have the term “data” in them, and wonder if it’s to keep the salary lower than it should be.
