Need advice. Interviewing for an internal role to lead a team adjacent to my current team. I’m trying to prepare for the interview, during which I’ll be asked to share my plan for the team. I’ve worked with two of the people on the team who will report to whomever gets this job. I’d like to ask them about the team and what they want/wish were different, but I’m not sure it’s wise to tell them I’m interviewing to be their boss. Not does it feel right to ask under false pretences. Thoughts?

Hi recently I was interviewing few candidate for ML engineer and business analyst profile.
Got few candidate (total 6) schedule for that role on lever.
Took interview of 2 of them on day 1 and rest 4 on day 2.
4 out of 6 were from Mindtree.
And none of them were actually the one which they portrayed on resume.
They were liers, they don't even know basic sql, python forget about stats.
Have anyone recently faced the similar situation with Mindtree people ?

Hi, i have been laid off by publicis sapient & my LWD was at 30dec, 2022. I got a job within 15 days and asked ps to prepone my LWD to 30nov, 2022. During the layoff meeting they said I will get salary till 30th dec, even of i leave early with bonus of 5% of my total compensation and leave encashment money also. With all this I am supposed to get approx 2 lakh. But I got 56k today. I am not sure if it is the F&f settlement or not. Can anyone help?
