Hello All,
I have recently joined FIS Global around end of April. My mother recently met with an accident and she needs to be operated.
I haven't been able to update the anything regarding the insurance part yet on FIS portal.
Will my mother's treatment be covered under the insurance? If yes, what's the procedure for the same? What are the documents that I need to submit in order to claim the amount?
Can anyone please guide?

Need few valuable suggestions on below situation.
One guy A joined as a fresher in Wipro for 3.5LPA(been 3 months around, no project allocated yet),
And then an offer was in pipeline with Y and finally received an offer with 5LPA and the role is related to cyber security.
Note: pf account is already created by wipro and Y is a good mnc though Any suggestions on how to handle this situation?

Brother this time too many people searching job including me so they have many options, in this job market don't show gap in resume whatever previous company you worked pretend you are still working on that company on resume , once you clear all the round in hr round you can say that you have 2 year of gap , they agree sometime because carrer gap is not the criteria for any company to not hire anyone

No need to mention gap. Add something meaningful to the job. Think as you never had a gap. Extend you first job to that. Add a different job which may be a different tech etc. i also don't think people rejecting for gap. There are so many people in the market, competition is alot

you have the gap because of a genuine reason . just be truthful about it when asked . gap is not a dealbreaker nowadays when skills are strong
Better do some projects and fill in resume these Personal projects in the timeline of the gap. It's really better than saying that you did freelancing etc.
You can try doing some internships to get back to track that will help bridge the gap as well add value to your resume showing you are active in your career graph with something. Just my suggestion. Wishing you All the Best!

Put freelancing for gaos, and tell HR that you had a gap due to personal reasons.
Why can't you just mention you were working for a startup? Not a morallly correct way but at least you can explain it didn't work out and you removed its digital presence

Have you mentioned gap in your naukri profile? And how much expected CTC you are mentioning in naukri . Not receiving calls is issue with profile not with the gap or anything else, so just try to understand what you have written.
Dont inform gap to initial brokers. They dont know aything. Inform, if and only if asked.
How about trying freelancing... or why the precious organisation let you go, is that legal?
