I am looking to relocate to NorCal (Sacramento area). I have been a registered nurse for 3 years and specialize in infusion (just received my ONC card) and completed my BSN. My question is how likely would I get hired at UCDavis, Sutterhealth, or Kaiser? Or could anyone recommend a hospital or outpatient facility that would be willing to hire me? Thanks

How do people focus in the office? I'm a first year and I've been mostly wfh since I started and I'm super productive at home - my setup is comfortable, I rarely get interrupted, and I feel like I can stay really focused in my home office.

Just completed my last shift in the ICU. I'm glad to be shifting back to the Maternatity ward. It was exhausting, and emotionally draining working with such sick patients. I know the work we did made a big difference, but I'm glad to go back to my favorite role!
