I am quitting my job 6 months after returning from a 4 month onsite. However the HR forcing a below average performance rating in addition to cannot return to the company clause. Their reason being I have misused company onsite opportunities. I want to know if is it worth fighting to change it, can it impact my future career anyway?

3 attorney firm. I’ve been here for 6 years and have used Westlaw exclusively. Now we are switching to Lexis because apparently Westlaw is too expensive. I hate change. I know where everything is on Westlaw and now I need to relearn. Apparently Westlaw will not budge on price and would rather just see a client leave than work with them. Super annoying.
