Hello All, i am sap abap developer having 9.5 yr exp working in a service based company at ctc 18lpa. My current work is mostly on ecc.
I feels like with this tech stack i will never be gonna feel settled from career side. With this tech i would always be in some service based company and work culture in service based company is shit. Please guide what should i do? Feeling frustrated.

Yoe-7 techstack - .net,MVC,webapi,azure certification (az-204) but no hands on azure projects.

Given number of interviews but no one are ready to give more than this even if I reach last rounds.
I am confused right now like should give some more interviews or join the unisys?

I am SAP HCM consultant having 4.10 years of experience. I feel that this module doesn’t have any growth. My first switch took me to 9LPA from 6LPA and now the second switch is being offered for 11.5LPA where I can see my fellow friends in SAP having more than 15LPA at the same experience on their second switch itself. Should I be worried about my skillset? Any insights would highly be appreciated. I feel stuck.
