What are future prospects of experience in SAP EWM? Can one switches to product company later in career?

Ive recently interviewed at a tech unicorn (data integration tool), an IPaaS company & Amazon AWS (SDR/ BDR for all)

pay wise, the IPaaS company & AWS pays a lot better whereas culture wise tech unicorn & AWS is better. There’s potential career growth for all, just that with the tech unicorn, progression may be faster as they r expanding.

I’m torn now and don’t know which to choose. Heard it’s quite tough to work in AWS

As an associate at a VC firm, if I meet with a startup and they go reach out to my director or my MD, I automatically decide we aren’t investing in them. My bosses trust my judgement and they won’t engage if I tell them not to. Startup did it today, and it didn’t matter that they had something interesting. Considering they didn’t give me the materials I asked for to review the deal, it felt disrespectful.

Has anyone transferred a cpa license to CA? I have my license in another state and have all requirements but the accounting ethics class and ethics exam. But there was some funny language in the handbook stating they wouldn't recognize the cpa exam results if I didn't meet the educational requirement prior to sitting for the exam. Would I have to take the ethics class and exam AND retake the full cpa exam to be licensed in ca?

I am an SAP SD consultant with 5 years 3 months experience, working in IBM. My current CTC is 12.6 LPA fixed with variable. I received an offer of 25 LPA fixed+variable from Genpact. 3 lakhs joining bonus. Only issue is that it has been only 8 months with IBM and I need to return 1.5 lpa back to IBM. Is it worth joining Genpact?
