Hello all! I attended a walk-in interview at Accenture on 6th Jan and was shortlisted. I submitted all requested documents, but later received a rejection citing “insufficient documents,” which was unclear. After speaking with HR, I was asked to submit PF-related documents from previous companies, which I provided promptly. However, I have not received any update since then.

Has anyone faced a similar situation? Should I still wait for a response or consider this process closed and move on?

Has anyone had to take the HireVue interview with GM (General Motors)? I’d love to prepare if possible!

Working in a large health system as a quality professional WFH. I rarely see anyone else on my team, and when I do present findings I see no changes happening. Maybe they’re happening and I just don’t have a role in that oversight but the motivation to keep going is whittling down to nothing. I am asked during this RE analyst interview to build a real estate model from scratch. My background is commercial banking and I am used to analyzing real estate deals from the lender side not the developer. The interviewer is generous I must say he’s giving me a few days to complete. However this model is for a ground up multifamily development. I have no prior experience building one. I can find models online but all very complexe to reproduce. How would you handle? Do you have model to share?
