Sometimes yes and sometimes no it all depends on the situation you are and the company you are in ...
Depends on the person ig
Yes. It shows how far you've come both professionally and financially.
Yes definitely if someone says no then definitely he has a lot. Earn more spend more , learn more and live a happy life. Plus you have an advantage if you don't like the environment, then leave the company it will get even better. All is good man if money is good otherwise nothing is good. Money is not money. It's an asset. Your CTC may be your happiness but it also reflects how much does company values you. At a certain point CTC is not just a CTC it is a number how much company thinks about you. Otherwise everyone works even the fresher works more than anyone but man responsibilities and your respect defines who you are. Try to gain learnings and then more and more CTC life will be definitely better and you won't be scrolling through this post, If you already had a better responsibilities. If you had a better responsibilities you have been working on those responsibilities.
Man take care.
but yeah money matters it's not in today's time. You should always have leverage if it is B.C or A.D or 2050 or 3000. Doesn't matter in one form or another you should always have leverage. But yeah right now it is money. And money has its own price responsibilities
Yes and only yes
