Hello all, I have been facing few errors from my end on adding ingredients in the same order as given once per week, I record them in lab note book. Even if I pay attentions sometimes it just slips my mind now and then in between the hassle. But other than what I do, is there a better way to handle such situations at work. How bad is it for a junior to push back against a completely psychotic mid level? I don’t know how this mid level hasn’t been fired because they are even rude and bossy to partners and are a nightmare for juniors. I’m a new associate working for a well-known defense attorney in my state. Any advice on how to tastefully tell your manager that you no longer want to be a charge nurse anymore? For us being in charge is having full assignment 3p-7p & being responsible for assigning pts , communicating w/ supervisor about various issues, making the assignment for next shift, and a mini report about each pt for the next charge.
