When I look for the part time roles I only find shady MLM and some delivery jobs. Nothing wrong in delivery jobs, but I am more inclined towards WFH role as me and my wife are pregnant.

After trying to make the shift from agency to in house for years, I just got offered a full-time digital marketing manager role at a tech company in the Bay Area! In researching salaries, the range seems huge in the Bay. Any advice on how to determine a reasonable number to bring to the table?

Do any brand teams have a good agency briefing template and process you follow?
-Any tips on getting the best creative solution from your agency?
-Do you have any specific criteria you look for when selecting an agency?
-Do you prefer ‘one stop shop’ or specialists in their fields? If the latter do you do separate breifings?
