I currently have 2 job offers.

One role is in an internal team, needs to relocate to other place and CTC offered is 50% more than the current CTC. Everything is fixed.no variable.

The other role is with a witch company, working with their client. CTC is 70% more than current and has variable pay 15%. Job location is current city.

career growth and learning opportunities are more important than location

What would you guys choose in the above scenario if relocation is not an issue?

Is it worth it to leave a current FTE perm role to work for Google as an freelancing executive producer, 6+ contract with possible extensions pending budget, performance etc? Debating the massive brand name and experience but leaving job security etc. for it

I have 4 yrs of exp as full stack developer and my current CTC is 15 lpa and notice period is of 3 months. I got an offer from another firm for 24lpa but they have shared the offer letter of DOJ after 2 months and asked me to negotiate my notice period or look for buyout. What should I do in this case? Should I connect with my current hr to negotiate? Cause I tried convincing the new hr to share the offer letter of DOJ after 3 months but she is not in the favour of that.

SO and I got in to a disagreement on the background of Indian tech CEOs. It appears that they are all from 1 or 2 major communities in India.

Yoe-7 techstack - .net,MVC,webapi,azure certification (az-204) but no hands on azure projects.

Unisys- 23 Lpa(fixed) ,LWD - 23 oct ,CCTC -14.5
Given number of interviews but no one are ready to give more than this even if I reach last rounds.
I am confused right now like should give some more interviews or join the unisys?
