I want to build my career in analytics. I have offer from EY India, EXL and LatentView Analytics.
EY is more on the side of project management and process improvement in SaaS, as told. While there is hands-on in other two.

Those are great questions. My apologies in advance for staying in line of your questions.
I’m surprised you went that far with the Healthcare Administration degree. I thought my advisor was just selling me a dream, because things were completely different on the path after I graduated. As you can see I end up switching careers, my question to you, what path did you take to be a nursing home administrator before going for your master?
Okay so I have been working in healthcare for 17 years. This is why I am seeing if I would fall under the umbrella. On my States website that's not a requirement as far as being a nurse
You should def shadow this role before pursuing the exam. I think it’s very important to get a good idea of the role you’re pursuing before jumping the gun on a specific degree/license/cert. I shadowed an RT and it was NOT what I thought and decided to go for my bachelors instead and now am super glad I did.
One of my previous roles was overseeing a provider group that rounded in nursing homes so … I have a bit of knowledge although I wasn’t in the day to day of the actual facility so everything I have to say is based on my unique experience.
That being said, it seems that NHA is a unique role with lots of regulatory compliance standards, disparities in healthcare needs vs what’s provided and an area that really is in desperate need of good people wanting to make a difference. The sad part is there’s lots of risk with the role, lots that’s out of your control which could be contributing to the high NHA turnover. Not exactly sure why that is but that’s why I recommend doing your due diligence before all the trouble to get your license.
If it’s something you’re passionate about you could make great change and bring positive impact. However … it seems to be a very challenging role that I think someone should be prepared to take on. I def would recommend some entry level healthcare worker experience before jumping straight from education and license to the role without having done some of those front office entry level roles that you will need to be overseeing.
Thank you Ibjave been doing direct patient care so long that I just wanted to see if moving up would be for me. Thanks for the insight
