How much is the salary for 8-9 YOE in Big 4 as SAP resource ABAP/BASIS/SECURITY/FUNCTIONAL?

I have heard big difference in new joiners and existing employees... and Promotions don't happen to Manager level with people less than 10 yrs of exp? Will Salary difference be reduced by Mid-year hike?

Will it be a good move to join IBM GBS in 7A band. Also what are supplimentary benefits other than salary? like bonus or variable pay or something like that. How a regular day in IBM will be?

I have 3 years of experience. Got selected in HCL.
I have an offer from Nagarro of 15 LPA, but HCL is saying we will 16 LPA, more than 16 LPA will be over budget for your experience.

Learned on the day of the deadline to enroll, that my partner's employer offers voluntary participation on a deferred compensation plan. First time I hear of such a benefit/option after working for years! Any general (i.e. not plan-specific) lessons-learned, gotchas, pointers to offer as we will have to quickly decide to enroll or not?

Hello, I am in USI GES tax at DUSI. I love my job but not my team and mgmt anymore. I'm a performer and I'm dumped with work of 2 ppl while others are searching for work. I am burned out.

I resigned and accepted a job with EY GDS with a huge pay bump that DUSI can't match but I also gave up my potential promotion for 2023.

I've been feeling bad about putting my papers down and letting go off my promotion but I am really tired. I took up this job as an escape.
