I'm early in my career, managed to save $30K to invest, and want to get my hands dirty with a rental property without too much risk (e.g. no HML/flipping). Joined this platform yesterday. The first thing I observed was that almost everyone here has super high salary packages, the minimum that I saw was 40LPA.
