Despite being new, I have solid Salesforce programming experience. My Platform Developer 1 certification has also been attained. I've applied to numerous jobs without hearing back, so it's been challenging for me to hunt for one without a recommendation now that I'm looking for work.

If your company is looking to fill a Salesforce Developer (Fresher) position, it would be wonderful if someone could recommend me.

I need an advice/suggestion here. I got an offer from 2 different organisations and choose one among them (Role: Analyst) because of the culture and benefits. And the other offer has a good pay and good designation (Associate Consultant) rather than the one I choose. Now i feel very low due to this decision that I took. Hi! I have worked in management roles in tech, mainly in analytics, for approximately 10 years. My TC has fluctuated (currently around 135K CAD), but it seems like it's relatively easy to breach the 100K bar, but hard to breach the 150K bar.
