Hi, I'm leaving Citi in 2 months. It's hard to make this decision. I have an offer from a small startup. In citi, my previous experience was not considered and was reskilled to different tech which is the reason for change.I don't like to exit citi. As I like the company so much. But considering my current knowledge,I am in the middle of the sea.I am afraid now that the new company's offer would be revoked due to this recession?Or can I take back my resignation in citi before the last working day.Is this wise decision?

Yes, these days company uses AI to evaluate candidates knowledge. Recently my interview was taken by a person who didn't have much knowledge into my field but still he took my interview and relied on AI to evaluate me. So AI selected me and I joined this company. I have seen the assessment list evaluated by AI for other candidates. It's very detailed and very specific about ratings with wat we say in interview.
Yes you are right.
For which company
Yes..infact, when I was attending the interview for the company I am working now, they had added a bot to the call. (Fireflies.ai I believe). It used to send detailed transcript for all the people who had attended that interview (including me). Was kinda helpful, to self assess tbh.
