I was trying to compare the Microsoft salaries in US with Europe and found a considerable difference. It looks like people in Europe are getting paid quite less than the people in US. Can someone please share any reasonable explanation for it? Or it’s the same and my research is incorrect?

Had a great job interview. C-suite liked you & your ideas & seemed like they would offer. A day later, they change the job posting to show less experience is needed & took off $125k salary. Thoughts?

Was looking to move up in our company but from what I’m understanding, we have to have a degree in management. How would I go about trying to move up in and out of my position without a degree?

I received an offer of 120k base (TC 140k) with JPMorgan (NJ Office) as a senior IT Audit associate and I've interviewed with Microsoft and awaiting feedback for IT Audit Manager role (remote).
