Do your executives and ownership teams care about culture? Do they care about innovating?

My top executive is very “stuck in their ways” and refuses to accept that he is creating disconnects with his team.

They say they do but they don’t care

How is he creating disconnects?

He frequently brings his political views into the workplace, alienates others, picks on people for their advanced ages or relative youth. Just some examples

Outside of FAANG, what are good large CA-based tech companies that provide good pay, WLB, and culture? DD has great people and WLB, but pay is low and you’re not given the tools and resources to succeed + truly make an impact. Google and Apple are ideal but need backups. Like is Salesforce still good? A company along those lines.

But I still have questions though 🤔 -

What is the culture like?
What are the work hours?

I’m a second year BigLaw associate that pays market. I was offered the position at a modified salary and hourly expectation due to their expected work flow needs. I’m wondering what is the best way to approach the topic of getting on the full salary/hours. Do I wait until the bonuses are given at the end of my first year? Or bring it up at mid-year review? I won’t have any problem meeting my hourly so I’m starting to think I’m being underpaid. I’ve been reading on here that not meeting

New in TCS but couldn't understand PF procedure and it's deduction from salary.
I am paying PF of amount 2040 getting deducted 2 times from my salary 1st according to CTC and after salary is getting credited then again same amount is deducted, so my question is this correct.
CTC is: PF+ 76185
Salary is: 76185-PF.
PF: 2040 so it's getting deducted 2 times same amount every month. Before salary is paid and after.
