Currently I am exploring opportunities with Accenture applied intelligence ( data science analyst) and Fractal Analytics ( consultant grade 8) please guide me which is better in terms of WLB and Projects/Work .

There isn't much difference in pay , fractal paying a bit more on fixed part

I received offer letter from Accenture mentioned joining date is 1st-Oct-22 as I had told them that my notice period is of 3 month,Later I got to know that it is 1 month as i am still in probation. So I asked them to give early joining.

HR told me to put resign and let him know my LWD and as per that he will send revised offer letter.
My last working day is 20 July. Still I haven't received revised offer letter.


Can anyone pls suggest what should I do?

Will they provide early joining?
