I don't know what is happening in the Job Market, but I have been in OC/ SoCal since December looking for jobs and have had at least 4 discriminatory situations.

I have been in the USA on a visa for the past 10 years, so I may have a career gap in relevance due to visa constraints. Now I've been applying for my citizenship and with my OPT permit, where can I just find a job? I have a master's in Management Information Systems, Starting in the Project Management Office.

I’ll start - I’m an advisor in Wealth Management with TC of $70k, 3 YOE and no side hustle. Among other things, rent just jumped from $2500 to $3700 for 2 bedroom and areas were looking at. I’d like to “make it” here but if it means switching career to make money I’d like to get an idea to make the right job change.

My problem is I have been more of a homebody since I moved here and I'm a little intimidated to go out and meet people because I don't feel like I fit in here.
