Hello everyone, I had my HR package discussion on June 18. Since then, they have mentioned that they are waiting for internal approvals before sending out offer letter. It has now been a month, and I’m starting to wonder if they will eventually provide a offer letter or if there’s a chance they might withdraw it

Would you renege a week before start date or work there for 4 months before quitting for new job? New employer is aware of said job. Main reason is $$$

I just exited consulting, mostly because of the pay I was making 85k, now120k in financial services but I am bored AF. I am a month in and I am barely doing anything 🤦‍♂️ any recommendations on what to do?

I'm feeling a lot of anger towards my manager (now he's acting normal but there were moments where he was condescending/dismissive/mocked my and others work/arrogant/said stuff was "wrong" constantly/belittling the difficulty of tasks etc. in the past project).
Maybe it is "standard chewing out" but it bothered me a lot. So much that I find myself still getting all fired up inside thinking about it...
