I have around 2 years of experience in the accounting field and have worked on SAP as an end user. I am currently pursuing an SAP FICO certification and am interested in transitioning into an SAP FICO Consultant role.

I would appreciate any guidance on how to make this transition, the skills I should focus on, the expected salary range, and the companies that are open to hiring SAP FICO consultant roles for me

Recruiter for big tech company reached out on LinkedIn about a role. I asked about ballpark compensation numbers and they said they’re only comfortable sharing on a live call. Replied that I often receive LinkedIn offers for roles of paycuts around 30-50% so I want to make sure we’re in the same rough range. Recruiter again said she would only share via live call. Is this a red flag?

Are there any fully remote lawfirms, ie you don't have to live in the state they have offices? I recently left a large lawfirm to go in-house which came with a huge paycut that is not going to be sustainable long term, but needed a remote position to be able to move. I'd like to keep my current job part-time but get back in a lawfirm too.

I have got 6 years of experience and I have done MBA in finance. My last company was a Big 4. They are ready to pay me 9L and I require a 100% increment. will they give me 12 L? Should I accept 9 L?

Hi! I have a very demanding role as a comms director, but still make time to volunteer on the side for some women's organizations I am proud to support. Received an offer for an internal promotion and the verbal offer differed from the written offer. Specifically, the bonus verbalized was 2% higher than the offer letter. HR basically just said ‘sorry, our mistake the letter is right’. What would you do?

Received an offer for non- tech CCM role and wondering if I should accept. I feel like I was lowballed and downleved despite having 6 YOE (relevant but not in tech). Not sure it will be beneficial to leave my current role for this offer to get my foot in the door.

I’m at the cap for salary at the level/role and can’t negotiate offer any higher.
