I have cleared 2 rounds at AT&T (1 Technical and 1 Managerial), post that HR asked for some documents. I have shared those documents 1 week back but I didn't get any communication later. When I reached to my initial recruiter she said she will check with team/business and get back to me.

Anyone have idea what is happening, is this normal?

Sharing my experience with Deloitte USI interview and offer negotiation. I gave Deloitte interview 2 months ago. After managerial round I did multiple follow ups and Deloitte didn’t bother to reply. I moved on and got another offer. After 1 month Deloitte came back and asked for documents and didn’t show up for another 1 month. Today HR called and asked my expectations.
