I have dilemma of choosing my new job. I’m currently working in a creative field as a motion graphics designer in a company where they make AR games and filters. But currently I have got an offer from SAaS based company based in london(kinda startup as well) but with better salary package and remote working. I’m not sure if I should choose the new company over the current. Will this hinder my creativity? Would love to know what you all think of it.

I’m equally interested in exiting to finance (PE/VC and IB) and tech (Product manager and other semi-technical roles, not SWE or bizops). Which path is better to pursue/what are the pros and cons of each?

I currently work at a medium sized firm and have about two years experience in personal injury litigation. The billable hours and lack of work life balance are really getting to me and I am looking to switch to something else out of litigation, preferably in house. What's a good Software Engineering salary in Stockholm, Sweden?

I know they might be teaching all proper UX but in reality companies doesn't follow.
There is no scope for doing research. And it is only a handful of product company that has a design team, rest places doesn't even understand what actual Design is. But being in this field, not everyone will get a chance to work with top design driven companies

Is M. Design from IIT-IDC Bombay really worth it?

I am working for 1.5 years in a Hyderabad startup as UI/UX Designer. After Btech I did a certification in UI/UX and got job from the institute placement only. Will a master's from IIT-IDC Bombay will be worth or should I climb the regular conventional ladder by jumping from company to company for package hikes?
