I recently got an offer from Publicis Sapient for the Senior Associate – Platform L2 role. Just wanted to check with others—how’s the work culture there? Do they allow WFH or is it mostly office-based?

Also, I saw a few reviews saying some people were let go within 2–3 months. Is that really common or just rare cases?

In need of advice: I am starting a full time role (Senior Consultant) in an industry that is my post-MBA goal. I want to start MBA Fall 2022. Does it look bad to AdCom if I apply R1 having been in my job for 1 month? (Will have 1 year when I attend). Thanks!

I have an offer accepted from Elevance 125k (Anthem) and w a good team and seems that WLB would be ok. Also, Amazon hiring manager wants to interview me for a job.
