I recently joined a new organization, and it has only been two days since I started. However, I've just received another offer from Globant with a significant salary increase.
Is it acceptable to leave my current organization after such a short time, especially since I’ve already received a laptop from them? What should I do?

Apologizes if this is a dumb question: but do companies keep the same pay for every employee regardless of location?

For example: paying someone a base of 80k in Georgia vs paying someone 80k in California

or do they make exceptions when it comes to base salary on location?
