Hello everyone! Im a Tax SA with a CPA. 3 years of experience total. 2 as a staff and 1 as a senior in a MCOL area. Starting to get burned out on the long hours and also realize I may be in a good position to jump ship. What exit salary range should I expect if I made the leap into private/corporate tax ?

In Intl tax, receiving recruiting offers for all remote work at the manager level. However, I am about to get promoted. Only concern is if I don’t jump soon, I’ll be stuck at the big 4. Any thoughts? Should I entertain?

Got an offer for SE III at a large tech company. Product I'd be working on interests me and I think I could grow more than in my current role.

Currently I make 180k base and have ISO/RSUs @ startup (60k/yr worth on paper, but won't be worth anything for a few years, if at all).

The offer is:
Base: $166,500
Target Bonus: 10% ($16,650)
RSU: 120k total (30k/yr)

Thoughts on offer? Should I counter?

Additionally there's a yearly target RSU bonus about equal to the cash bonus. Thoughts? 4.5 YOE

Wondering if $150,000 base + 25% bonus, no RSU, is underpaid for a Director of Operations in a Marketing/Tech firm?

Responsibilities include direct oversight of onboarding, support, implementation/integrations, customer success, production - fulfillment, production-web dev, and content departments. 8 years experience at various management levels, 2 years as DOP.

Hi guys, I have total 15 years of Business Analyst experience in IT industry. I recently joined TCS with a salary of 24.5 lacs as an Associate Consultant in my hometown. Lot better thn my previous package in DXC - 12 LPA. Am I placed as per market OR should I be looking for more?

Base salary: 60k
Quarterly quota (per quarter): 107k
Quarterly bonus (per annum): 23k
130% Annual bonus = 11.5k
"23% commission on quota minus base": 37k (don't understand this)
"Proposed 23% commission on 150% quota minus base": 86.5k
Sales commission threshold per month: 22k
OTE: 122k
Cost/Sales: 28%

That base salary is lower than my previous base by a significant amount by 32.7%

My queries are 1) my 1st exp original services letter is not found ( lost somewhere), have scanned copy , I have supporting doc like form no 16 , full and final settlement , salary slip
