I have been working for the same company for the last 20 yrs, yes, that's a very long time but have switched depts. From Customer Service to now PM.

I'm looking for a switch but it's like I'm lost in a jungle. I have been applying to PM roles but nothing is working,not even a single call.

Can someone pls advice on how to proceed without judging about staying in one company for so long. I'm looking for some honest suggestions pls

I interviewed for TCS on 18th of September and got a mail to upload the documents later on that day itself. But after uploading the documents there is no further communication from their end.
Any idea how much time they’ll take to revert ?

Have cleared HCL interview. Initially they offered 23 lpa (via proposed offer letter, to be approved by L4), but i requested to reconsider it for 25 lpa. After 5 days, they sent final offer letter of 19 lpa (stating they can offer max 50% as per L4 approval).

I don't have any other offer as of now. What should I do?

hello! I’m looking to get some insight to see if I’m being paid fairly for where I’m at in my career. I’ve worked at the same company for 2.5 years. This is my first job out of college. Started as an HR Admin, basically in a call center for all HR related inquiries and now am a Sr Admin assisting with escalations, interviewing, training new hires, supporting my team, scheduling, keeping track of stats- phone calls, tickets resolved, etc. I’m making $52k per year and work remote out of MA.

I was interviewed for a perticular customer, which went well and also received an offer. Few days before of my joining date, i came to know that the technology stack from customer got changed and customer had no requirement for which i was hired. However parent company still hired me and now they're in process of allocating me in some other clients. Sometimes i feel insecure about this situation. How to cope up with such cases?
