Considering Leaving JP Morgan to join US bank is that a sounds move ? 9 years of software engineer experience - currently paid $135K plus bonus as Associate software engineer at JPMC- but I want a fully remote position that’s why considering making the move to US bank. Hi there - my company is returning to office next month. Hybrid to begin before they ramp up to 5 days back in office by end of year.

I think the fact they want to bring us back 5 days is disrespectful considering how much work we’ve put in remotely over the last year. Not to mention productivity studies say people who WFH (and have no kids) are substantially more productive.

All that being said, does anyone work at a FinTech/Tech company whose RTTO policy is more flexible? Looking to leave

I know it’s 2022, but I’m positive my company is not the only one in the Tech space w/o a hybrid or remote option.

What things would make you reconsider your remote job search & keep you in pursuit of a job that was fully on-site?

Does anyone have any thoughts on/approaches to doubling up on bookings? In these times, doing remote post production, I think I’m capable of taking on two jobs at once but do I let both jobs know? Or do I just take them both on if I think I can handle it? Any recommendations on how to juggle both?
