Interested in joining the Reserves, but I’m guessing that’s way too much with a consulting career? No ROTC or previous military experience so I’d have to go through OCS/OTS as well.
Or is it better to wait until I exit to industry and pursue my interest in the military then?

The division I’m currently in seems like there are no good opportunities, and I have the funds available to finish my undergraduate full time (Canada). I got an offer at Nokia, and my new manager said that she wanted to put me in the higher salary bracket however the HR insisted that we lowered the range. That caused me to receive a much lower salary than expected. Should I renegotiate even when my manager said that she tried giving me more. Does HR really play that big of a role in this?
