Does anyone have their % pay adjustment yet. Is it much bigger than usual?

My brother is a recent U Chicago engineering grad looking for any entry level position in Austin, TX. He has a solid financial modeling and quant background and is looking to start somewhere asap. Do any of you know if your company is hiring entry level candidates? Thank you for your help!

I received an assessment from Amazon, and it says I have 7 days to complete the assessment but the recruiter says I have 30 days to complete the assessment but the link expires in 7 days. I asked for clarification and she said I need to schedule a date (not more than 30days after receiving the assessment link) I can complete the assessment by. Has anyone taken an assessment from Amazon recently? Could you please clarify this for me. I sent the recruiter a message but haven’t heard back.

Hi All, I need your feedback. I’m new & wanted to test crypto. Invested with a trader and he got me to transfer 500€ worth of bitcoins to start. Within 2 weeks I have over 3k USD in my account. Any IPs in here? I have a quick question how do you get other employees to assist with remanding their co workers when they see them do something wrong? I work in a 4 floor rehab/LTC facility and I can not be everywhere. I am the only IP in the building. I do the best I can but when I speak to some people they are just blaming other people like “oh I saw so and so do this you didn’t talk to them”. I can’t educate or remand what I don’t see. We should all work together in keeping everyone safe.

I applied and got a position for aws . I got an offer and asked some questions. I didn't get a reply, from multiple individuals. Two weeks later received a phone call that my recruiter was let go and I was in limbo essentially, they said they'd get in touch with me closer to the timeline we discussed and they were sorry about the mixup. I called back the person to get more information (since I was running errands) and nothing again. No response and no other way to contact this person. Ideas?
