I am looking for some help in being refer for a Program/Product/Project Management Role with a Tech Company (or others) (i.e. Salesforce, Microsoft, Amazon, Twillio, LinkedIn, etc) I have 13+ years of experience in the field and have my CSM, A-CSM, CSPO and working on my PMP.

I’m an occupational therapist looking to transition out of traditional OT. I would like to get a remote position in Utilization Review or Appeals/Denials. I also recently got a data analytics certificate so would be open to healthcare analytics. Anyone know a resource or looking to hire for these?

I went through the entire recruitment process and got selected for IBM ISL. Now I am being told by the HR that they are unable to release offer as there is a hiring freeze.

Can any one please tell me if its correct or just an excuse not to give me offer. If its true, when will this freeze be removed?

Hi! So i've been doing "all the things i was supposed too" since i graduated. I have two masters dgs, my admin cert, 15 years teaching, and all that good stuff. The problem is that I don't want to do it anymore. I think of becoming an admin and I cringe. I have a photo business that I have been doing part time for yrs and it's becoming just as lucrative as teaching, with so much less stress. A part of me wants to just quit and do that full-time am I wasting all that education? Thoughts? do it?

Anyone interviewed recently for a PM position at Adobe or just works there? I had the 2nd round and I know the next will involve me presenting a business case to a panel of 5.

1. Any idea of what the business case can be?
2. What is their general outlook on parental leave? In the 2nd round I basically told them that I am pregnant and willgo on mat leave in March. I wonder if I will be dismissed just because of this or I still have a chance...

Got a new job and will start H-1B transfer. What’s the risk of giving my notice right before LCA is filed or right after? I know all lawyers advice to give notice once H-1B receipt is received but I need a break from my current role and want to have some free time before I start new role. I’ve been a licensed general lines (2-20) insurance agent for year and a half and have sold around 2M in premium, of which most of it is personal lines (homeowners, DP), and some commercial lines business. Even though I’m licensed to write my own business, the sole producer in the company is my boss. I currently make 35k + 15k in commissions (approximately). Is this a normal salary? Or how much should I be making? Appreciate your help
